By using GETOCK (the iOS app, its widgets, and the getock.app website — together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms.

What GETOCK is

GETOCK aggregates publicly available popularity statistics about games — concurrent players, viewers, videos, news coverage — and turns them into a single score (the “GETOCK Score”) with stock-market-style presentation. It is an informational and entertainment service about games.

What GETOCK is not

• Nothing in the Service is an actual security, asset, or investment. The market metaphor — scores, percentages, tickers, charts — is presentation, not finance.
• The Service provides no financial, investment, or purchasing advice of any kind.
• Scores are computed estimates derived from third-party data. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and may change or disappear without notice.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt or overload the Service, attempt to access non-public parts of it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it in violation of applicable law. Personal, non-commercial use of the published scores — including sharing screenshots — is welcome.

Intellectual property

The GETOCK name, wordmark, app design, and scoring methodology belong to us. Game titles, key art, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification only — see Data Sources. If you are a rights holder and want content corrected or removed, please contact us; we respond promptly.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes

We may update the Service or these terms at any time. The current terms are always at this URL, with the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
